UW Breast Cancer Awareness Initiative is dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer, supporting research through fundraising initiatives and fostering a supportive community for those affected by breast cancer. Through this club, we aim to educate the University of Waterloo community on early detection, prevention, and the realities of living with breast cancer, while creating meaningful opportunities for students to engage in advocacy and collective action. By hosting awareness campaigns, educational events, and fundraising initiatives, the club seeks to empower students to make a tangible impact and contribute to improved outcomes for individuals and families affected by breast cancer.
