This mission statement of the organization is to bring people and ideas together to tackle the most crucial causes of poverty and inequality. Hemoglobal Waterloo aims to improve the health of children affected by fatal blood diseases in Asia. We strive to make care fair by working to provide all children, regardless of birthplace, with the treatment options that are available in higher-income countries. Hemoglobal Waterloo will try to combat some of these health inequities by raising money and hosting events to garner support for our goal of making care fair.
