Effective Altruism Club

Effective Altruism is a global movement dedicated to making a positive impact on the world in the most effective way possible. This involves not only caring about making a difference, but also thinking critically and finding evidence-based approaches to improving the world. The Waterloo Effective Altruism Club is for altruistically motivated students to learn more about how they can spend their limited time and money to have the largest impact possible. Students can also get to know like-minded individuals to network and share ideas.
