Geriatric Pharmacy Club at the School of Pharmacy in Kitchener serves to create advocacy and educational opportunities for pharmacy students, with an ultimate goal to empower seniors and their caregivers to take a more active role in maintaining their health and quality of life. In order to also benefit the KW community at large, we plan to collaborate with various community organizations and involve non-pharmacy individuals in some of our initiatives.
