The MCA student chapter connects University of Waterloo students with the Canadian Mechanical Contracting Industry by hosting networking events, site tours, technical workshops and organizing guest speakers on campus.

The SVC’s mission is to increase awareness about the importance of vision in sport performance. The SVC does this by providing unique educational opportunities to its members, including seminars and field trips, and running community outreach programs, such as varsity athlete vision screenings, Paralympic athlete classifications, Special Olympics screenings, and demonstrations at local sports events.

Students Supporting Opioid Stewardship (S.S.O.S.)

Students Supporting Opioid Stewardship is a club that is dedicated to spreading awareness among the community and student population on the opioid crisis. Our mission is to de-stigmatize the public perception of those who may suffer from an opioid addiction, education the community on how to identify signs of an overdose, and improve public knowledge of attaining the overdose antidote, naloxone.
