University of Waterloo Ukrainian Association promotes and raises awareness about Ukrainian culture, unites those interested in Ukraine, advocates and supports Ukraine and Ukrainian students at the University of Waterloo.

WarmWorkers Waterloo is an initiative that focuses on transitioning homeless people in the Kitchener-Waterloo area from a cycle of dependency to an independent, self-sufficient lifestyle. This is done through events that raise awareness about the homeless population and events that raise funds which contribute directly to helping the homeless community (ie. funds are used to create packages that include hygiene based items such as toothbrushes, and outerwear such as gloves).

Women in Healthcare was founded in Spring 2020 with the goal of advancing women in different healthcare fields and advocating for gender equality. We welcome anyone interested in the medical fields including but not limited to medicine, pharmacy, optometry, and dentistry.
