UW Cancer Foundation is a student-run club that focuses on raising awareness within the student community on the topic of cancer and the various types of cancers that impact our society today. One of their goals is to create a variety of fundraising events that will aid in the fight against cancer. The UW Geospatial Club runs workshops that teach geospatial analysis and data modelling skills across multiple GIS platforms. The club also performs volunteer geospatial consulting work for a number of community organizations.
