We provide place, some materials and guidances for students to mindfully practice Chinese painting and Chinese calligraphy in a group. We offer activities including Chinese painting and calligraphy workshops, painting practice sessions, nature walk and paint in the nature. Anyone interested in painting or Chinese culture are welcomed to join!

The Association for Learning and Preserving the History of WW2 in Asia (ALPHA) is an organization that strives to foster the learning and critical understanding of the history behind WWII in Asia through education. With a successful chapter at UofT, ALPHA education is now bringing the same learning resources and outreach to The University of Waterloo.

Our club aims to facilitate learning and involvement in music production, foster collaborative efforts in musical projects, cultivate a network of like-minded creatives, and foster meaningful conversations surrounding the influence of hip-hop in the music industry.

The UW Chinese Instrumental Orchestra Club welcomes everyone who’s passionate about traditional Chinese music and wish to play classical Chinese instruments as part of the orchestra. UWaterloo Bhangra is a club that aims to spread the love of the Bhangra dance form throughout the university in various different ways such as flash-mobs, regular recreational dance sessions, workshops and etc.
