UW Public Speaking Club is a club at the University of Waterloo dedicated to helping students, staff, and faculty build confidence and master the essential skills of communication and leadership. Our goal is to empower our members, equipping them with stronger communication abilities and the self-assurance to lead and make a significant impact in any professional setting. UW Quizbowl is a club where all lovers of trivia meet! There are casual meetings where students can play against their fellow students as well as inter-university competitions. The Soccer club focuses on the viewership of soccer games across all leagues. Whenever a major match is happening(voted on by the club members through the club discord server), the club will host a watch party where members can watch the games with their fellow members, eat food, and talk about the match. The club also hosts exclusive events like Jeopardy/Price is Right games, prediction boards, post-match analysis, and host Fantasy EPL & UCL leagues, where prizes will be awarded.
