The club intends to create a safe, peaceful, and stress-relieving environment where students can tap into their creative side through a group mediation focusing on mindfulness. A general meeting would begin with a 10–15-minute mindful meditation, allowing members to feel relaxed and aware of their emotions. Following the meditation, members will participate in creative activities such as painting, creating tie-dye T-Shirts, etc. The art does not have to be meaningful or make sense but simply be an expression that emerges rather spontaneously.
