UWaterloo Meditates is a meditation and breathwork club that brings stress management tools and techniques for personal and professional success through the scientific use of evidence-based breathing and meditation techniques, personal awareness seminars and community service projects. It's one of the coolest places to connect with yourself, make awesome friends, and, most importantly, have fun and be a part of an inclusive community!

The University of Waterloo Chronic Disease Club (UWCDC) was created to connect students, staff, and faculty who have been affected by any type of chronic illness, whether you are the one with the disease, you know someone with one or you are just looking to learn more about them. Please come out and share your stories and experiences with everyone! Help end the stigma that chronic diseases are something to hide or be ashamed of and help bring positive awareness to them.

University of Waterloo’s Raising the Roof club is partnered with the Raising the Roof non-profit organization, whose mission is to provide national leadership on solutions to homelessness.
